I cheated on Day 6 (which is now yesterday as I write this). I had 3
dark chocolate chips. Ok, it isn't the end of the world but I finally
had to give in to my chocolate craving. I also had a cheating incident
at Whole Foods yesterday morning. See video for that one. My chocolate
Vegan Shakeology should get here this week and that will completely cure
the issue. So, it won't be happening again! I also forgot to cook the
toasted millet for dinner last night. Oops. The rest of the dinner was
delicious though. It was Zucchini Cashew soup and it was surprisingly
really delicious and a Roasted Root Medley (beets, yams, onions and
carrots)... also good!
For
breakfast it was farina, Grade B maple syrup, berries. Lunch was mixed
green salad and lentil lime salad. Afternoon Snack was tropical
strawberry Shakeology. I took a walk with Xavier and the dog around the
block which was nice. It was right before the rain and there was a nice
breeze.
Still feeling a little bit tired and run down. Only one more day of the first phase and it is on to the next. I'm excited. :)
