So, what is in this stuff? Alfalfa Grass, Organic Kamut Grass, Organic Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Himalayan Crystal Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fulvic Acid Powder. If you've not had a wheat grass shot before you might really dislike this supplement. Obviously because of the ingredients it is very "grassy" and has a very earthy taste. This is best made in a shaker cup and you can even take the bitter taste off by sucking on a lemon after it. Just like a REAL shot! :) You could pretend, ya know!
