Alright, it has been 6 1/2 months since I finished up the Reset, how do I know it has been 6 1/2 specifically.... because I'm 6 months pregnant! It took us 2-3 months to get pregnant with our first child, with our second child it literally took less than 2 weeks. I am not saying this to mock anyone with fertility issues and it does not mean the Reset will give you the exact same results, this is just what happened for me. I REALLY want to share this seemingly private information to help other women that are ready to get pregnant. I had no idea that I would get this type of results from the Reset. It was a very pleasant surprise. I do encourage any woman wanting to give their pregnancy and baby the best possible nutrition and preparation to think about doing the Reset before trying to conceive.
I still have pregnancy symptoms and pregnancy cravings, of which I do indulge occasionally. However, I feel I am so much more prepared nutritionally and physically for this pregnancy than I was with my first (of which I gained 70 ibs!!). I now have better habits and knowledge than I did with my son 4 years ago and I attribute it to the Reset.
